It includes a 72-hour memory, which can be used with Nonin's optional nVISION software to download readings to a PC for analysis, report generation and storage. It runs for 60 hours on four AA alkaline batteries, and the optional recharger stand permits the use of rechargeable NiMH batteries or AC-powered operation. The 2500a can be used with any of Nonin's remote sensors, including finger clips for children and adults, ear-lobe clip, or reflectance forehead sensor. It is a good unit to screen for sleep apnea. The included remote finger sensor has a three-foot cord, and extensions are available."
