Our Company is an Authorized Dealer

Not all website sellers are legitimate dealers. In fact some may be offering seconds or counterfeit merchandise. Don't be lured by highly discounted pricing and a flashy website. Our company is a factory authorized dealer and purchasing direct allows us to offer lower prices, a full manufacturer warranty and the peace of mind that you are receiving factory new merchandise. By purchasing from a company that is not a dealer you risk not receiving factory support or a warranty.

 

International Orders

We gladly accept all international orders. However, there are guidelines in regards to payment of international orders.
Fraudulent orders can cost our company and our customers thousands of dollars in lost goods, investigation efforts and chargebacks. In order to keep our prices low and protect our customers, we cannot accept payment via credit cards with international billing addresses on orders who's subtotals exceed $500. For international orders over $500, we can happily accept an international wire transfer for a small fee. This protects both our company and especially our customers from fraud.

Return Policies

We understand that sometimes things happen and not every product ends up working for every situation. We offer a 30 day return policy on all our products. Please note that many of our items we sell are prescription items and there are special restrictions on returns on these items. There may be situations and/or products that we are prohibited from allowing returns due to FDA regulations. Any such conditions will be described on the product detail page. Unless otherwise specified, a 20% restocking fee will apply for any approved return. For each return, we issue an RMA number which authorizes you to return the product to us. We will not, under any circumstances, accept returned products without an applicable RMA number. Returned items sent to us without an RMA number will be rejected and shipped back to you.

Return Procedures
The issuance of an RMA number does not automatically mean that a credit for your return has been approved. It only means that the item or items have been approved to be returned to us. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the item to make sure it meets the return criteria. This criteria is usually specified within the RMA email you will receive during the RMA issue. Unless otherwise noted, we cannot accept returns on prescription items that have been opened. If the item has been unopened and unused, then the return minus the restocking fee can be processed. If the item has been opened and is rejected for a return, we will ship the item back to the shipping address specified in the original order.

Security and Privacy

Our company invests heavily in security and privacy of customer and transactional information. Our secure shopping site features 128 bit Verisign security and all customer data is encrypted. We do not store customer credit card information as an extra precaution. This means that your credit card type, number, expiration date, CVV code are not accessible to anyone, including us. While this step may make some transactions more complicated, we believe it is important to protect this vital financial information against potential fraud.
