Nonin Medical's PalmSAT® 2500 and 2500A models are designed to meet the needs of the medical professional. The 2500 series pulse oximeters are made to withstand daily abuse and offer flexible functionality to address the varying conditions like those of the clinic, hospital or nursing home as well as high-intensity environments like EMT's, Medivacs and First Responders. With the ability to run on standard batteries, rechargeable batteries, or AC power*, the PalmSAT® series will operate in almost any situation. The PalmSAT® is also compatible with a full line of Nonin PureLight® sensors, making it a great choice for almost any patient - from neonatal to adult.
Advanced Technology in a Small Package
Like all Nonin products, the PalmSAT® series of pulse oximeters uses Nonin Medical's time-tested and accurate circuitry to provide fast and accurate pulse and oxygen saturation readings while the 72 hours of memory storage ensures that you can get retain important information for future analysis. Out in the field? The PalmSAT® 2500 will run for up to 80 hours on 4 standard AA batteries. The 2500A with Alarm will operate for up to 60 hours on the same battery type. Use the 1000USB Adapter and connect a 2500 to a PC running Nonin's nVision software to perform detailed analysis, reporting and long-term storage. Amazingly simple to use, the PalmSAT® 2500 series pulse oximeters have easy, two-button operation and a large LED screen that is easy to read in almost any lighting condition.
Goes More Places Than Any Other Pulse Oximeter
Just like the Onyx® series fingertip pulse oximeters, the PalmSAT® has been approved for use in the U.S. Air Force and Army helicopters and aircraft. Specifically, the U.S. Army has approved both the Onyx® and the PalmSAT® products for use on MEDEVAC and SAR configured UH-60L Black Hawk helicopters. The U.S Air Force has approved the same models for use on all Air Force fixed wing and helicopter aircraft. With the rigorous testing the PalmSAT® has undergone with the Military, you can trust that your 2500 will perform under the most demanding conditions.
